Otago museum is a tremendous resource for the city. Visitors from overseas are aghast at how amazing it is for such a small city. It brings joy and enrichment to far more people than other council funded things, like the Regent theatre, George St or random art pieces. Please fund the museum appropriately, with a 7% increase in line with inflation, so that its world-class brilliance can be maintained.
What other ideas should we be thinking about to include in future plans for our city?
keep fighting the good fight about the hospital. don't waste money on vanity projects.
