How are we doing? Is there anything you would like to tell us?
Terrible with road work planning. overdoing work on same sections is a proof of wrong and sadly to my personal opinion dodgy looking project planning. Have you analized the working hours it costs you to have someone placing road cones every 10 cms apart? or resealing sections of roads every 2nd year? leaving loose gravel on the roads, have you taken care of cars' windscreens at all? The night life will never be decent if what leads the council is a pack of old people that no longer socializes unless it's on saturday mornings. Look out look at places overseas that are vibrant. They are not octagon looking. Look at the layout of queenstown, etc. The farmers market is a great initiative in the worst place and layout. Dunedin should promote building of a proper indoor market with stages set up for artists to perform and with access to carpark for the visitors.

What other ideas should we be thinking about to include in future plans for our city?
Indoor skate and bike park. it's saddening seeing a place that can be used by kids 365 days of the year being unable to use because of rain. Reduce the rates to whomever install solar panels and becomes energy efficient. Install more EV chargers. Enforce each property manager/real state agent to deliver antipest packs (traps, etc) on every single property sold. This will help Dunedin reach pest free rates faster and it also could help connect the owners with nature. Enforce property orwners of the rundown buildings in princess st to either rebuild or sell. They are not helping Dunedin at all
